Baltimore Bridge Disaster

Yesterday I learned that a 280 million tonne cargo ship lost power and crashed into Baltimore Bridge causing it to topple into the sea. Baltimore is a large port city in-between Washington and Virginia. It is the American equivalent to Portsmouth here in Britain.
You can't stop a 280 million tonne cargo ship without engine power or significant distance unfortunately. It was just before I learned of the Baltimore Bridge Crash that I was thinking about EVs.
Many electric cars can store more than 35 KWH(kilowatt-hours), my home uses about 5 KWH every day so electric car batteries could power my home for a whole week or more; to me that is astonishing, I never imagined they would make batteries that could store enough energy to power your house for weeks. Perhaps it would be normal to plug cars into a meter and power your house when there is a power cut.

Hazard ass

There are many things stacked up against mankind but people are too busy saying "who's bad? , Who's bad? , Who's bad?" and giggling their..... Weapons, to notice. Or they are busy complaining about brexit if you are like 'blames-o-crying' on the radio.

So many hazards..
Super volcanoes
Pandemic superinfections
Asteroids
Hostile space aliens
Unforseen sun behaviour
Global economic meltdown

Just to name a few
and there is no preparation in place for any of them. It is like we don't care about our future.

I do wonder sometimes.

Indonesian Tsunami

Earlier in the week there was a very large Tsunami in Indonesia. A volcano on the Island caused a land slide under the sea, the pressure wave caused by the land slide produced a shock wave that went through the water.

I feel sad because many people lost their homes and there was many deaths and injuries.

I could see a pattern because a strong Tsunamis occour at Christmas quite often in that area. That time of the year is like summer for those countries and I feel like rain or water plays a role in triggering earthquakes and landslides. Perhaps the water acts like a lubricant.

People in this world are very divided but they should be united with common goals like finding ways to reduce disasters.
