I am Alan Booth, an ordinary British Man . I'm not one of the famous people that have the same name as me, just an ordinary guy. Welcome to my main blog, a true reliable record of history from the perspective of an ordinary man, a place filled with my thoughts; perhaps my thoughts will persist longer on here than in my brain itself. My twitter I.D. is @alspresso.

Backless Cupboard Fishless Aquarium
It is getting darker and cloudy these days, days are noticeably shorter. I can sense the days are getting shorter because the sun dips below the horizon before 8. Here in Britain the skies can be grey for days at a time, it feels so grim, the summer is fading away for another 9 months. In virtual reality the weather is always nice unless you don't want it to be. The talk on everyone's lips is the strange comet, i3-atlas. Some people think it is slowing down or changing speed like a space ship, others are sceptical and think it's just a comet flung out from another star system. Other people think it is heading for earth.
When the news is grim, when the skies are grim and filled with grey, what can you do? Get some comfort from your imagination. I imagined winning the lottery and getting planning permission to build my house on an abandoned industrial site. The house would have extra large vents, the vents would be used to contain a small gauge railway set.

Suspected Russian Poisoning
Last week a former Russian spy accused his state of poisoning him.
My view of the Russians is the same, I see them as my brothers and sisters on the other side of the continent. I have nothing else to say. The Russians are like me, they want a happy outcome and a bright future. They are ordinary people just like me.
It is the ordinary people like myself that have no interest in war or hate that will make the world a better place to live.
The future belongs to the blameless person. I don't know what else to say. I always feel like we are forced to think a certain way and are controlled by others but eventually it will be the blameless man that brings good fruits into the world.

Jerusalem & Trump
Earlier in the week, President Donald Trump of America officially recognized Jerusalem as the Capital city of Israel. The decision was very unpopular around the world. In my view, a holy city does not belong to anyone. If the city belongs to a government then that city is no longer Holy. If a Christian goes to the church or Muslim goes to a Mosque or Jew to the Synagogue, they will all claim those places are holy and that they belong to the whole community, the same is true of a holy city. The city should belong to itself and no government or ruler should ever own it.
The Palestinian community also claim ownership of the city. To them it must be a huge blow. I'm sure they feel like their identity is being removed from the land.
I lack the ability and the will to even try to solve the problems that exist in the middle East. If the experts can't do it then I will assume that I have no answer.
Today I am grateful for peace because it can be taken away at any time and peace was not always available.

Vote and Mind
The British people are facing their biggest challenge in recent history. We will negotiate with the EU how we trade with the them.
We may be driven into poverty or we may rise to the challenge and make our country great.
I am using parts of my mind to lift up my spirits and try to focus on the good things. The crystal maze will return to channel 4. That should be cool. I still make machines inside my mind that exact energy from the environment.

Just life
One thing I know in this world is that my sense of humour is very poor in value, I am far from a comedian. However I produce hundreds of jokes. The reason I make so many jokes up is because my mind reaches a restless stormy state and I need to push it straight.
I briefly reach a state of mind that is toxic every day. I feel afraid of the future and I feel angry because I am in a world I don't fit into and I feel frustrated because I have loads of ideas in my head but they are trapped there. This stormy state of mind is interrupted by my jokes. The jokes for me are one of the tools I use to rebalance my mind. The jokes for me come in twos because I find amusement with people's blank expression when they don't find it funny.
I am grateful for my jokes because they are for me and not for others although I sometimes share them. The world has giving me a little Swiss army knife of mental tools that help me keep going and protect my mind from sickness. My imagination, my jokes and a beautiful village inside my head that I walk though and feel peace and harmony.

Fifa boycott
Earlier this month on remembrance day, fifa enforced their rule not to wear anything other than the sports kit during a game.
They didn't allow the players to wear poppies to show sorrow and respect for dead and injured soldiers around the world. The players ignored the rule and are facing disciplinary action. Soldiers around the world are used and abused for the sake of government agenda. They are sent to war and blown up or mentally tortured by the reality of war. Fifa have made a big mistake, very big.
I have now boycotted all products that are connected to fifa. I won't buy the fifa 2017 football game or fifa 2018 that will come out later in the year or any clothing associated with them. I hope others will do the same.
I am grateful for peace in my community and hope that the rules of soldiers will change strictly to rescuers from disasters and security in case of war and little else.
