Pro-Life T-Shirt

Earlier today I learned that a lady was sent to jail for 28 months for deliberately causing her 32 week old fetus to die before it was born. She was in the 3rd trimester of her pregnancy. Here in Britain there is a legal time limit before a baby can be aborted, I think it is about half way through  pregnancy. A local politician wanted to change the law, I'm guessing  she wants to increase the time limit. My world views compliment the existing abortion laws. I consider a fetus that is 12 weeks old or more to be an infant and if it was my choice, the time limit of abortions would be shortened  the end of the 1st trimester at about 3 months. 

In my view, you start off as an embryo, then between 8 weeks and 12 weeks you become a fetus. I view a fetus as an infant, they're very much like infants, working brains, beating hearts and a will to live. 

I think that most pro-choice activists consider the fetus to be a clump of cells until the day it is born then it suddenly turns into a human being. I don't see the logic of this argument, some babies are born prematurely, the doctor doesn't approach the parents and say, your clump of cells is safe and well. Or he doesn't say your fetus is safe. He says, your infant is safe and well !

Like the law, I consider an abortion in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy to be murder. I also consider the second trimester to be murder because the fetus is very much like an infant at that stage. In my view, infancy starts six months before birth while you're still a fetus. When I humanise a fetus, it angers pro choice activists because they want to dehumanise unborn children. I was thinking I should make a pro-life t-shirt. 

The front of the shirt would say infant before birth and have my little chart at the top, the back would say Former Embryo because I used to be an embryo 41 years ago. I would wear a red maga cap endorsed by Donald trump but instead of make America great again it would say pro-life. I would merit an assault but I'm just trying to get people thinking. Perhaps strangers would throw things at me or push me spontaneously. 

America Abortion Law

Since 1973 the United States of America recognised abortion as a right that all women have. This means it was lawful to have an abortion in any part of America.  A few days ago the supreme court decided to overturn the law. This means the central government of the United States has become like Pontius Pilate, they wash their hands of responsibility and give the 50 American states their own control of Abortion law. I'm guessing that every state is going to implement the law differently. Some of them will ban abortions completely, others will try to keep abortions in the first trimester perhaps others will even increase the original time window. Every American state is going to implement a different law for abortions. 

In my view, a second trimester fetus is more like an infant than an embryo. They are not clumps of cells. I hate abortions, I was never captain popular anyway so I don't mind that less people will read my blog because of this. I would prefer people choose not to get pregnant than abort it. That is the way I am. 

I was disappointed that the President of America wasn't impartial. They should be impartial to high court decisions and referendums. Suppose I was a leader and they had a referendum to bring back the death penalty. They would say "Alan, what are you going to vote for?". I would say, "I am the prime minister so I will abstain from voting because I believe it is my role to listen and serve". They would then ask how I would vote if I wasn't abstaining, I would tell them I am against the death penalty so I would vote against bringing back the death penalty for murder. But I won't vote because I am a servant, I will listen and serve. 

Pro Life

I don't hate anyone that has had an abortion before in their life but I don't support it. If I was asked to vote on the right to end a pregnancy I would vote to restrict abortions, I would reduce the abortion window to about 8 weeks if possible. Or if there is a medical emergency that puts the Mum's life at risk. 

In my view the arguments supporting abortions are wrong. People will say the fetus is just a clump of cells, it is not conscious, no Brain activity. This is not true. 

I saw my son on a ultra sound scanner when he was a fetus. He looked more like an infant than an embryo to me. He was squeezing his umbilical cord like it was a toy, he then sucked his thumb and he would cross his legs. I spoke, I said "Hello my son" and he stopped moving and his heart rate increased. To me, he was fully conscious. When my son was born, he recognised my voice. The doctors couldn't comfort him but when I spoke, he recognised me.
