Lost in Focus
The dream is to be lost in a hobby so I think of nothing else. Perhaps I could be in a vr game or some kind of puzzle. Perhaps there is a book with an interesting story. Who knows. When I think about the wrong things, I open a can of grief.
Perhaps there is a story in a podcast that is hard to believe. Maybe there is a Netflix series with an interesting story. The less I think, the better. I just want to think about the things I need to think about and nothing else. I could remember watching the sun set on a city break for my birthday with a gentle breeze.
