Botched Execution

I leaned recently that a woman called Christa Pike was due to be executed by lethal injection but the execution was botched. She survived the execution because her veins are thinner than normal. She regained consciousness in hospital because the poison in the injection didn't work. 

I thought to myself that the best way to execute someone would be to slowly fill a chamber they're in with nitrogen so they die from hypoxia. Painless and effective I think. 

At the time of learning the strange news I thought to myself if some of the band members of Queen reunited, like Roger Taylor and Brian May, the band would still be called queen, if they brought in two other band members then later left the band, would it still be Queen?  All the original band members have left and they have been replaced by new band members sequentially. Two hundred years later Queen is still there but all the original band members passed away. Would people start calling it a tribute band by that time? Would they forget there was a sequence of older band members that left the group in the past?
