July 2022

At the start of July 2022 Boris Johnson was unable to hold down a working team in government because they were all spontaneously resigning from cabinet duty. The reason was because they thought Boris' government were unlawful and unethical. He had no option but to resign as leader and start the 3rd conservative Leadership race. By the end of the month we were aware that one of two people would get the job; we now know it will be Rishi Sunak or Liz Truss.
By the middle of the month we had record high temperatures and from the 19th onwards, Britain recorded temperatures of 40°C for the first time that we know of. Throughout the world vegetation dried up and burned up because of dry weather and careless human behaviour.

The new space telescope called 'James Webb' was working well and we saw things we never saw before, we saw light that was transmitted 10 billion years ago, 5 billon years before the earth and sun formed. We learned that Galaxies flatten themselves into a disk shape as soon as they form and many other things like that. There is so much insight coming from their web site jwst.nasa.gov right now.

On my birthday I was given a smart watch as a gift, to me it was amazing because I could see my blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level and steps taken any time I wanted. It is like having a computer on your wrist. I never knew my average resting heart rate was 75 beats per minute, now I know. I never knew that my blood pressure was normally 112 over 72, now I know. I never knew my blood oxygen level was 98% in the day time and 99% when I sleep. I could take a reading from my phone without touching my watch and look at my health data without touching the watch because my phone and watch are both connected.

During the last week of July we learned that the ports were not prepared for Brexit because they didn't have enough passport inspectors to keep up with the flow of people going on holiday so many people were held up by hours and days before their holidays started, ouch.

New world Disorder

For the last 15 months there has been widespread fires in the wildernesses of 3 "new world" continents.

The first episode of fires started in Brazil in the summer 2019, large parts of the Amazon Burned up and billions of beasts were killed. The second episode of fires was in Eastern Australia last December, large parts of the Australian bushlands burned up and the wildlife was devastated. Now there is a Third Episode of fires, this time it is in Western North America, mainly in California near cities like San Francisco, it effects urban areas as well as woodlands.

What I think is happening is the atmosphere is getting drier and windier so when careless people start fires and loose control, the effects are much worse. I can't say why it is happening this way. All I know is that the events are regular and we'll spaced out. The continents are small so perhaps smaller continents respond to climate change faster than  the big ones.

Jo Brand

I recall a news article about Jo Brand making a Joke about battery acid Being thrown instead of milk shake on politicians. Throwing any fluid on a person is assult according to UK law.

I don't know what people expect when they go to her shows. That is her style, she has dark humor. She tells jokes that are dark and sadistic, I'm not saying she is a bad person. That is the way her shows are.

I don't know why this made it on the news considering there are more serious things like housing problems for the Grenfel fire victims. I mentioned this before, if all the flats in the building we're built along the ground instead of on top of one another, then Grenfel would be called a village and being burnt alive is one of the most painful ways a man can die, over 70 people were killed by that fire.

I mentioned before that we have a half baked austerity Regine in place at moment. The government spends a lot of money on weapons but not much on ordinary people. The Grenfel building is one example of that, using cheap flammable panels on the outside of the building.

What February 2018 means to me

As you know, February is a very short month that is 28 days long but a lot happened.

There was a high school shooting in Florida I believe. I felt sad because they are just little kids. They need strong doors in their schools because young people in America are being poisoned by rejection and hate and they are finding no hope but to violently outburst with guns. I wish I could give the person with a gun a hug and comfort before the poison had taken a grip of him. The poison is comming from media. They feel empty and worthless because of the messages in the tvs. The TVs and phones are telling people that they are valued by their posesions and how they look, the poison is making them sick. People's minds are being poisoned by hate. The hate grows so big that they can't contain it.

On this month I learned that the small plastic pellets that are used in plastic production are called Nurdles. I learned this because a shipping container fell into the ocean near south Africa and caused the coastline to be filled with Nurdles. The wildlife was poisoned by the pellets because the animals eat them thinking they are eggs and the acids in their stomachs are releasing toxins trapped in the pellets.

Here in the UK, the last week of February was very cold. My car was covered with ice every day and it snowed a lot but spring is around the corner. There was also an explosion in the North of England caused by a gas leak. The approach of Brexit for the UK government was shifting frantically and the labour party decided that staying in the customs union is the right way but the main Government want to be out of the customs union for the freedom to make our own trade deals.

February 2018 is filled with poisoned minds and poisoned beings. Fire and Ice and fear mixed with bravery. I am grateful for opportunity and hope and all the free things I use every day such as this blog.

What a week

This whole week has been crazy, we had a surprise election result and a large tower block caught fire and burnt down.

The residential tower block called Glenfel housed hundreds of people. I felt angry because I sensed that corners were cut with health and safety to increase profit margins. This has caused the most violent possible death of many people. There is no other more violent way to die in this world than being burned alive. Many people in the tower block faced that exact outcome. Those that survived lost their home and most of their belongings.

I will write no more on the matter today because I don't want to feel angry.
