I am Alan Booth, an ordinary British Man . I'm not one of the famous people that have the same name as me, just an ordinary guy. Welcome to my main blog, a true reliable record of history from the perspective of an ordinary man, a place filled with my thoughts; perhaps my thoughts will persist longer on here than in my brain itself. My twitter I.D. is @alspresso.

Psycho door
If I went to the cage of a Bear and unlocked the gate leaving the gate to the cage wide open, then the Bear left the cage and killed two people, who is responsible for their deaths? me or the Bear?
The Bear is being what it is. The nature of the Bear was known by the keeper yet the keeper turned him loose.
Again I ask...
If a civil servant releases a dangerous psychopath into the community and he kills 2 people, who is responsible for the deaths of the 2 people? If they put the key down and leave them in there then the people would still be alive.
I say put the key down and keep the dangerous people in place and don't turn them loose.

Masked Court
Inside my head there is an Island that is roughly the size of the Island of Britain. This island is ruled by good sense and hindsight. Because I never needed to talk or write about it, I never gave it a name. For the sake of you the reader I will call it Prudentika, the most Prudent Island in the world.
The island has court rooms but they work differently to normal court rooms in other countries. In Prudentika, every person that enters a courtroom must wear a mask and a cloak so they can't be recognized and they can't be judged by their appearance. If there is a tattoo on the defendants face, it won't affect the judgement of the jury. The jury would rely on the spoken account of the defendant and evidence to make a verdict. The Defendant can't give an intimidating stare because the Judge is also wearing a mask and can't be identified. It works well boh ways
The mask is put on the face of all the people in court by a specially trained civil servant. I will call this servant the Mask keeper. The masks are cleaned and maintained by the Mask Keeper.
The Mask keeper checks all the people in the courtroom are wearing their masks properly and can't be identified. When the mask Keeper is satisfied that the people in court are masked well, he would play his flute to start the court session. The tune could be a peaceful tune, like, " don't worry, be happy" :-p. The flute is unnecessary but it is nice to have cultural flair.

Charity Crisis and Gun control
This month has been very cold and grim. It is in February 2018 that large charities were exposed for scandal. Staff working at these charities were soliciting prostitutes in the countries they were operating in. Many people were angry that the charities were covering up the scandals. Aid workers were also getting sexual favours for aid, they were using their position to exploit women. I must admit that it makes it hard to give to charity if you know this was going on.
Many people think that Jacob Reese Mog will one day become the next UK Priminister. Seeing is believing. I like him and his honesty but I don't think he will take the helm even in his own party. Most people that are reading this have better insight than me because they are reading it in the future.
Another problem was the high school shooting in America, It has happened too many times now. It is almost like a problem that can't be solved. If you change the Gun law then they will still get guns from somewhere else. At least they can ban the hand gun and just allow shot guns and riffles. Well let's see.
